Across TCGA cell cohorts, RARB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 545 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT10, MYF6, and GNGT1. Each is linked with RARB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARB-to-partner and partner-to-RARB results are reported.
