RARA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 950 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ48, TRAJ43, and TRAJ31. Each is linked with RARA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARA-to-partner and partner-to-RARA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ48 grouped by RARA-low versus RARA-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
