Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,131 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAPGEF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIAPH1-AS1, PRDM4, and ACTR8. Each is linked with RAPGEF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF5-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPGEF5 versus DIAPH1-AS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
