Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1GDS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,586 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP1GDS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFIP1, EIF4E, and ENOPH1. Each is linked with RAP1GDS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1GDS1-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1GDS1 results are reported.
