Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1BL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,225 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP1BL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SINHCAFP2, BIRC2, and STAM2. Each is linked with RAP1BL in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1BL-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1BL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP1BL versus SINHCAFP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1BL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1BL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
