Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1BL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,122 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP1BL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation by eIF2 alpha phosphorylation, Vesicle cargo loading, and Hormone-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with RAP1BL in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1BL-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1BL results are reported.
