RAP1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,591 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NARS2, ITGA5, and PPP1R12A. Each is linked with RAP1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP1B versus NARS2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
