RAP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8J1, RN7SKP260, and OR4K11P. Each is linked with RAP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8J1 grouped by RAP1B-low versus RAP1B-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
