RAP1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,226 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of t-circle formation, Regulation of angiotensin-activated signaling pathway, and Regulation of microtubule depolymerization. Each is linked with RAP1B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of t-circle formation grouped by RAP1B-low versus RAP1B-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
