Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, ASZ1, and OR10K2. Each is linked with RAP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by RAP1B-low versus RAP1B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
