RAP1AP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,141 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP1AP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGB2, IL16_S845, and WDR91. Each is linked with RAP1AP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1AP-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP1AP versus ITGB2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
