Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANBP17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,821 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RANBP17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HINT3, INTS3_S501, and PPP1R9A_S840. Each is linked with RANBP17 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP17-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANBP17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANBP17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
