Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,219 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amylin receptor signaling pathway, Amylin receptor 1 signaling pathway, and Calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with RAMP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP1 results are reported.
