Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAI14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 571 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAI14-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BW2, ASCL4, and GRM4. Each is linked with RAI14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI14-to-partner and partner-to-RAI14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BW2 grouped by RAI14-low versus RAI14-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAI14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAI14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
