Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAI14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAI14 data layer compared with 12 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RAI14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAI14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UCS show a favorable association.

MESO, STAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where RAI14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
