Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,064 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP49, LINC00653, and WDR88. Each is linked with RAG2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAG2-to-partner and partner-to-RAG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAG2 versus USP49 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
