RAET1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAET1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,671 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAET1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VSNL1, KRT17, and BICD2. Each is linked with RAET1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAET1L-to-partner and partner-to-RAET1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAET1L versus VSNL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAET1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAET1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
