Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD54L2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,974 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD54L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPN15, REV1, and BCL11B. Each is linked with RAD54L2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD54L2-to-partner and partner-to-RAD54L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAPN15 grouped by RAD54L2-low versus RAD54L2-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD54L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD54L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
