RAD54L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD54L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,838 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD54L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VRK3_S136, RFC2, and RFC4. Each is linked with RAD54L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD54L-to-partner and partner-to-RAD54L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD54L versus VRK3_S136 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD54L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD54L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
