Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD54L mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,223 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD54L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD4A, PTGER3, and PWWP2B. Each is linked with RAD54L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD54L-to-partner and partner-to-RAD54L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAMD4A grouped by RAD54L-low versus RAD54L-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD54L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD54L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
