Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD52 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,210 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD52-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEN1-CDK3, RNU6-1190P, and SH3KBP1. Each is linked with RAD52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD52-to-partner and partner-to-RAD52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD52 versus TEN1-CDK3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD52→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
