Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD52 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 882 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD52-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-50P, MIR3935, and MTATP6P29. Each is linked with RAD52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD52-to-partner and partner-to-RAD52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-50P grouped by RAD52-low versus RAD52-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD52→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
