RAD23A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,864 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD23A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHPS, FARSA, and RNASEH2A. Each is linked with RAD23A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD23A-to-partner and partner-to-RAD23A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD23A versus DHPS in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
