RAC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,821 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCA5, SSRP1, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with RAC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAC3-to-partner and partner-to-RAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAC3 versus SMARCA5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
