RABL2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABL2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABL2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPD4, OR2F1, and IQCF6. Each is linked with RABL2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL2B-to-partner and partner-to-RABL2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYPD4 grouped by RABL2B-low versus RABL2B-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABL2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABL2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
