RABL2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABL2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABL2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNU1-64P, and RPL37P21. Each is linked with RABL2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL2A-to-partner and partner-to-RABL2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by RABL2A-low versus RABL2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABL2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABL2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
