RABGGTA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABGGTA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,483 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABGGTA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, NAA35, and RALGAPA1. Each is linked with RABGGTA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGGTA-to-partner and partner-to-RABGGTA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABGGTA versus SUPT16H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABGGTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABGGTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
