Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RABGGTA RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RABGGTA data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RABGGTA RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RABGGTA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and THCA show a favorable association.
KICH, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where RABGGTA RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
