Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABGGTA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABGGTA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6781, RN7SL163P, and KLK15. Each is linked with RABGGTA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGGTA-to-partner and partner-to-RABGGTA results are reported.
