RABEP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR8, BHLHA9, and GOLGA6L6. Each is linked with RABEP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABEP1-to-partner and partner-to-RABEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCR8 grouped by RABEP1-low versus RABEP1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
