Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP84, CHEK2P5, and SNORD114-5. Each is linked with RABAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABAC1-to-partner and partner-to-RABAC1 results are reported.
