Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB8B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64EP, NF1P4, and FRG2MP. Each is linked with RAB8B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB8B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB8B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM64EP grouped by RAB8B-low versus RAB8B-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
