Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB7B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,112 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHPT1, ICA1, and SH3BGRL3. Each is linked with RAB7B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB7B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB7B versus CHPT1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
