Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,750 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACAD9, TIMMDC1, and TFG. Each is linked with RAB7A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB7A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB7A versus ACAD9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
