Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-605P, RNA5SP367, and CCDC163. Each is linked with RAB7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB7A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-605P grouped by RAB7A-low versus RAB7A-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
