RAB7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB7A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with RAB7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB7A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by RAB7A-low versus RAB7A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
