Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,877 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of early endosome to late endosome transport, Synaptic vesicle lumen acidification, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with RAB7A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB7A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB7A results are reported.
