Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-361P, RNU6-732P, and RNU6-996P. Each is linked with RAB5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-361P grouped by RAB5C-low versus RAB5C-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
