Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5C mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Epithelial cells and pDC. Each is linked with RAB5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Epithelial cells grouped by RAB5C-low versus RAB5C-high in UCEC.
