Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,234 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL18, SEC13, and FGD5-AS1. Each is linked with RAB5A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB5A versus KLHL18 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
