Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB44 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 427 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB44-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOA1, UTRN, and LARP1. Each is linked with RAB44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB44-to-partner and partner-to-RAB44 results are reported.
