RAB3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 652 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP20, RNU6-794P, and PYDC2. Each is linked with RAB3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP20 grouped by RAB3B-low versus RAB3B-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
