RAB3B

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB3B RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAB3B data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RAB3B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, MESO, and STAD are the cancer types where RAB3B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
