Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,915 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNJ11, ATRNL1, and GLRB. Each is linked with RAB3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB3A versus KCNJ11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
