Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB39B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,164 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB39B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYFIP2, STEAP3, and PCGF1. Each is linked with RAB39B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB39B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB39B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB39B versus CYFIP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB39B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB39B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
