Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB39B mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 908 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB39B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTN4, ZNF597, and ZNF608. Each is linked with RAB39B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB39B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB39B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTN4 grouped by RAB39B-low versus RAB39B-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB39B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB39B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
