RAB36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,716 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT88, CETN2, and DYNC2H1. Each is linked with RAB36 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB36-to-partner and partner-to-RAB36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB36 versus IFT88 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB36→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
