Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB36 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB36-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MEK1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with RAB36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB36-to-partner and partner-to-RAB36 results are reported.
