The most reproducible RAB36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cilium, Nucleic acid transport, and RNA transport. Each is linked with RAB36 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB36-to-partner and partner-to-RAB36 results are reported.
