Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB36-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL7, SFT2D3, and OR1C1. Each is linked with RAB36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB36-to-partner and partner-to-RAB36 results are reported.
